ISRC Scholarships

The Indiana Society for Respiratory Care offers two competitive scholarship opportunities designed to support students at different stages of their professional journey.

The Entry‑Into‑Practice Scholarship is intended for students newly enrolled in an accredited respiratory care program in Indiana who are beginning their path toward becoming respiratory therapists, with awards ranging from $500 to $1,000 and an emphasis on professional motivation and foundational growth in the field. In contrast, the Degree Completion Scholarshipsupports current respiratory care professionals who are advancing their education through a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, with a $1,000 award recognizing commitment to leadership, education, research, or clinical advancement in the profession. Both scholarships require AARC membership, a minimum 3.0 GPA, a faculty verification letter, and submission of a blinded essay, with all materials due by August 1, 2026.
