With the COVID-19 federal public health emergency set to expire on Thursday, May 11, 2023, IPLA has issued a news release noting that all emergency practitioner temporary licenses issued under Indiana’s COVID-19 public health emergency (and subsequent extensions of the federal public health emergency) will expire and be permanently terminated on Thursday, May 11, 2023.
All practitioners who currently hold a temporary license (as described above) will be notified by IPLA and are strongly advised to begin applying for an unlimited practitioner license.
