Note from the President – August 2019

As 2019 rolls along in Indiana, we have changes to deal with. The Breathe Act for RT reimbursement with telemedicine needs final approval for enactment. With changes occurring, we seek Chapter representation for Chapters 1 and 4. Look to how you may serve the ISRC in 2019 and 2020 and beyond.

We will enjoy the Indians’ game fundraiser in August and our Fall ISRC program is on schedule for vendors and participants to gather October 10 and 11 in Plainfield (Indy west) at the Embassy Suites. Excitement builds for these events. Donated gift contributions for the Silent Auction are being accepted now through the Fall meeting, so contact myself with these. Please register for the Fall Meeting and encourage your peers to do the same, as it promises to be great . We are excited to be at Embassy Suites and we hope you invest your time and energy to benefit from our collective efforts. RCP’s will take time to network, learn, and socialize with peers and friends, new and old.

The ISRC Program committee diligently works to make 2019 great and will be rewarded with the success that surrounds your participation. The Designated Events committee grows our fundraiser events for 2019! The excellence we pursue is fueled by your Respiratory Care passion, so get and stay involved.
