There are some active and attractive events from the Designated Events Committees that you will surely find interesting enough to invest your time and talent. Our Fundraiser events and activities work for the ISRC when members help with optimal engagement in fun events. Are you looking for a great afternoon with friends and family at the Indianapolis Indians? Well, we have that on August 18 at 1:35 PM when the Indians host the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs and battle at Victory Field for ISRC Night! We will receive 50% return from inexpensive ticket sales so why not buy 10 and take a crowd? The proceeds benefit those who need scholarship assistance for Respiratory Therapy education. More opportunities will be posted on the ISRC website soon. With no current date set for the Christmas Party Skyline Club Event, we expect it to be early to mid-December. What really helps fundraising planners is for you to plan your attendance by giving us your ticket expectations for a fabulous end-of-year gathering. In June, we expect to engage the Texas Roadhouse restaurants throughout the state to host a fundraiser night event. This event is planned for some percentage of food purchases going to the ISRC scholarship programs. There are Texas Roadhouse locations in all 7 chapters of the ISRC. See a breakdown in the table below. Did we mention RT Week Merchandise for Celebration with your department and gift giving and buying opportunities to benefit the ISRC? We have it all and what is needed is the human dynamic for leadership with these events.
Please get involved – get with Jeff Scott or John Murphy to commit to help and organize some event for your state society! It’s shaping up to be a great 2019!
